Yorkie babies are born black and tan and are normally darker in body color, showing an interminingling of black hair in the tan until they are matured.  Color of the hair on the body will start turning at about 3 months and continute until 2-3 years old.  Buying a puppy is not just a whimsical purchase.  You are actually buying another member of your family.  Always remember that a puppy is nothing more than a baby in a furry disguise.... a baby who is virtually helpless in a human world and trusts his owner for fulfillment of his basic needs for survival. That need goes beyond food, water and shelter; your pup needs care, protection, guidance and love.  If you are not prepared to commit to this, please do not buy a puppy.

 A Yorkie puppy can and will most often have their ears flopped over until they cut their teeth and then the ears will go up. There is always the exception to this rule, the ones who get lazy and never pick up their ears at all. My puppies are hand raised, vet checked, and come with health quarantee, shots utd, a tube of veterinarin recommended Nutri-Cal dietary supplement formulated to meet the needs of finicky puppies.  I also send with them a toy so the feel comfortable in their new homes.  I start house training here as soon as it is possible.  I love my babies!!!
